Applying unusable skills consumes time

Based on the following message: "You automatically take care of your long-term wounds. The giant centipede suddenly collapses! [+46xp]" I assume the centipede bled out, which means that me applying healing by accident took time.

You can use the :t command to display the number of turns passed in the bottom right corner.

Some commands, such as 'p'aying debts without a shopkeeper around, also use a turn even though it feels they shouldn't. I was thinking of checking them all and making a list.

Fixed for the following situations:

- applying the heal skill (this was already fixed in 1.2.0 Prerelease 4, see Issue 1246)
- trying to pay without a shopkeeper around

@anon123: do you still plan to create a list? :)

Sorry, I forgot about this! Anyway, I went through my notes and here are others I've found:
* '\Co'mmanding your companions (which can be done just fine while confused, by the way)
* 's'earching your surroundings
* 'h'andling something

Fixed in several places. I'll talk with Thomas about the "command companions while confused" issue.

You can also do it while mute... how the PC actually gives orders to his friends is a pretty big mystery to me :)

Many ally types wouldn't understand voice commands anyway.
