werewolves and dire wolves should see in darkness
Title says it all - there are, together with vampires, the Creatures of the Dark! Or, at least, according to common mythological lore, they are. So seeing in darkness should be natural trait for all 3 werewolves + probably unnatural dire wolves as well.

Anyway, maybe dire wolves in ADOM are fantasy dire wolves and not prehistoric dire wolves... I guess it's something for TB to clarify/decide.

As for werewolves I agree with you.
