Thieves' guild pick pocket requirement harder than before

If you successfully determine a monster has nothing in it's pocket, that should count as a successful attempt. Also having to do three key presses usually a long ways across the keyboard(since pick pocket is low down the skill list) such as A-O-dir to use it once when you will have to try potentially 20+ times is not good. We need some way to repeat it easier if we need to spam it at low pick pocket skill.

Regarding the key presses thing, a "repeat last command" key is among one of the Sage features I'd love to see in ADOM. In the meantime, you can quickmark the skill.

Did you know you can quick-mark skills?

Quick-marking skills is often slower than memorizing the letter, so I don't see why anyone would care about that.. (you really have to start with 4 or 5 to get any benefit, and can only go to 6 or 7)

The advantage is that on a keyboard with a numpad you can type A-4 (or 2,3,5, etc) with your left hand and then the direction key with your right without having to move your right hand from the numpad at any time.

That's a lot slower than pressing, like 'ah', though, especially if you are attempting to move in different direction from an action you are applying constantly.

Yes, but if you learn a new skill that comes before "p", you have to re-learn the letter you want to use.

I've disabled alphabetical sorting. All new skills will be at the bottom. Problem solved.
