Critical internal error (signal 11) during normal gameplay

I was clearing mixed vault with mist elven elementalist on D:11 (2 levels below DT) and just a few turns after I got to level 12, the game crashed. No save game is available.
On the last turns I were blasting the monsters with fire bolts and frost bolts and what I can remember there were at least yellow ooze, black wizard, some of its summons, green worms and red worms on the line of fire during last few turns.

This happened on the EU server (ancardia.uk.to) and adom sage was enabled.

I just got this on pre21.
Signal 11 error was raised. Sadly I lost a lot of progress, not all since I had a backup, but ~2 hours of gameplay went...

However I know exactly what triggered it - instead of remove curse, I cast summon monsters. I was inside of dwarftown shop if that matters.
Right after casting summon monsters, the game crashed.

Isn't there a problem with summoning monsters? I think someone posted a bug report recently saying they had a problem with their wand of wonder but it was the spell that caused the crash - the one that summons bad guys
