Walk mode doesn't stop the PC when he takes damage from cross-aligned amulets or armor
Taking damage from wearing cross-aligned amulets or armor doesn't stop walk mode movement.
Problem
Damage from wearing cross-aligned amulets or armor (e.g. amulet of order in a chaotic PC) doesn't stop walk mode movement. It is possible to die in this manner, if you walk too much and healing can't keep up with the lost hit points.
How to reproduce it
Make a lawful PC wear an amulet or armor of chaos (or viceversa), preferably blessed, at a low XL and without any items that enhance HP recovery so that the problem is easily noticed. Use the w# or w5 commands a few times, and notice how the PC keeps on walking or searching despite the fact he's being hurt by the item.
