Allow quickmarking of mindcraft powers

One of my two biggest pet peeves when playing a mindcrafter (a wonderful and different class otherwise) is that you can't quickmark mindcraft powers. The proper implementation of quickmarking spells was a great feature of 1.1.1 - quickmarking mindcraft powers should be one of the great features of 1.2.0.

(The other pet peeve is that the command for "invoke mindcraft" is ctrl+i, which requires me to move my right hand away from the numpad to press i and back to the numpad to aim my mental powers if applicable. However it was pointed out to me that I can customize adom.kbd to bind the command to something I can hit with just my left hand. However, it's still something to consider for Adom II.)

Thanks, I didn't know that! It's not on the list of keybindings. Maybe that should be adjusted.

In fact it works because pressing ctrl+i just sends same signal to terminal as tab does (like ctrl+m sends same signal as enter).
