I thought the same, but I gave it a go, and most people have known about it for years anyway.

In the 3 years i played unspoiled, I was unaware this talent existed. Meaning, chances that any normal player will discover this talent of their own accord is highly unlikely.

I sometimes picked 'Miser', but picking 'Alert' for 'Missile Master'. I usually took all the missile talents on those characters.

It really was an unfortunate omission. I don't believe in hiding talents to be discovered by chance. That's too much of a "game within a game".

No treasure talents available only to those who hunt for them?
