Swapping position while confused.
High level Monk can swap position with a hostile monster while confused.
It is possible for a high level Monk to swap position with a hostile monster while the Monk is confused.

This should not be possible.

I haven't tested with any other classes.

Update: Any PC can swap position with non-hostiles while confused, so this isn't only an issue with the Monk class power.

Fixed, also now checks for a "stunned" PC.
