Mention restrictive conditions at restart.

When the game restarts, any restrictive conditions that have no visual clue should be mentioned.
As an example: today I restarted my game and the first command failed with reason:
"You do not have enough room to use any missile weapons.".
Finally I found out that I was in a pit, but the game should have mentioned this.
Being stuck in a web is also rather restrictive and without visual clue, although in that case there are often other webs around.

This is related to issue 1916.

Which specific messages would you like to see? Please explain the prerequisites and the intended messages (in order to elaborate "any restrictive conditions"). Should this be configurable with an option?

The ones mentioned in the original report are currently the only ones I can think of.
There are certainly more restrictive conditions, but most of them already have a visible clue, e.g. in the status line.

For the first one an appropriate message would be "You are in a pit.". This is sufficient.
As soon as you see it, you won't even try to use a missile weapon, and if you do, you will understand the otherwise cryptic message "You do not have enough room to use any missile weapons.".

I don't think there needs to be a configuration option. Nobody will object to hearing that he is in a pit at the moment he resumes the game. It does not spoil anything either.

Such warning messages can be added on an hoc basis. When I mentioned 'any restrictive conditions' it was not my intention that somebody should sit down and figure out all possibilities. If there are more of them (and if it can be disturbing not to know them) we can just write a new issue report.

I find it weird someone would save their game while their character is stuck down a pit, but I think having the least few messages generated before you saved available in the message buffer upon restarting would be really handy. Sometimes I can go for weeks before restarting a character and having an idea of what happened previously would be useful I think.
