Upon stepping onto the statue that is shaped like a humanoid heart, the message is displayed twice.

Happens with some other statues as well, though I don't remember their descriptions.

It also happens for following message:
"You stumble upon a statue. The statue is unfinished, it's as though the sculptor ran out of time."
(this one occurred in UD1)
