Change colour of targeting square for missile targeting in tile modes.

I suggest the targeting square for missile targeting in the tile modes change colour in the same way the asterisk does in ascii mode.

As it is in prerelease 14, one has no visual cue as to whether your target is in range or not.

Currently the target square is marked red when out of range. Adding a cursor change is a good idea.
I also noticed the current target cursor is totally overkill in ASCII, need to provide a smaller one.

What's wrong with the current cursor in ASCII?
It's certainly clear to me what it's doing :)

I mean the mouse cursor, it's kinda ridiculous since it was designed for tiles and feels too imprecise for ASCII. Not that I think anyone plays ASCII with a mouse ;)

If only cursor stopped showing up then in ASCII mode and mouse disabled...
