In 1118, a change was made so that bosses with teleport spells would be allowed to teleport even on levels where teleportation was otherwise forbidden (ie. the temple levels). This change should primarily affect the Master Summoner and the Chaos Archmage. As far as I have seen, and based on many other reports, neither of these bosses appear to ever actually invoke this teleport power despite the recent change.
