As the title says, revelation does not show hp and pp regeneration if pc has no special powers.

If one casts revelation without a single resistance or other special power, the game gives following message and does not show hp and pp regeneration:
You focus your magical energies to release the spell. You suddenly feel very self-knowledgeable.
You do not possess any special powers.
