Game no longer gives warning before attacking friendly creatures
Adom no longer gives the player a warning before attacking friendly creatures

I just lost a character when I tried throwing a stone at the orc in dwarftown, but accidentally targetted the dwarftown priest.
Frustratingly, there was a wall in the way, so it didn't even go near him!
The new version doesn't give a warning that you're attacking important NPCs like the priest, which seems a real shame to lose!

Might be caused by the bugfix for issue 1692?

FYI this is a pretty serious problem. Accidentally shot a shopkeeper while trying to kill a mimic. :( I think the shooting order should more or less follow the attacking order:

Prompt for (tame), (peaceful), (companion), (friendly).
Don't prompt for (neutral), (hostile), (slightly hostile).

Letting you shoot anyone without a prompt is pretty bad.
