Giving Orders to pets/companions should exercise charisma

So, I've been playing a lot of DE Farmers, which is a terrifically fun class. One not so fun part is that I usually have an abysmal Charisma score (like, 1 or 2). But usually my potential is around 10. What if, much like casting spells exercises Mana or carrying stuff exercises Strength, giving orders exercises Charisma? Because usually I have to order my dog 15 or 20 times before he listens to me. Maybe a successful order could exercise Charisma and let me reach my potential in time, and make it easier to give orders. (FWIW, I usually train my dog in the UCa dungeon until he gains ~10 levels, then take him to the SMC, where he usually reaches level 25, where he's then strong enough to fight off the denizens of the outlaw village, so I can go there and get my first kill)

This makes sense. Like, a possibility to increase Charisma by, say, 13% for every successful order. You have my vote.
