Arrow Keys Aren't Accepted by Fast_More
Using Windows 8.1 ASCII version. With Fast_More turned on, the arrow keys won't get you through (more) prompts. Somewhat annoying for me, since I use 1379+arrows for movement on my laptop.

Still a problem as of r66 ASCII-only version, and still annoying.

This seems to be fixed in r73.
