Fix pathfinding algorithm bug in ADOM

While working on more powerful PC movement commands I believe that I have found a bug in ADOMs path finding algorithm. The bug seems to be ancient. I fixed the issue but as usual fixes to such an ancient code parts might have side effects. Perfect trackers among monsters now should be even better but this should be tested carefully as it's a rather important spot :-)

Hopefully this was the bug that I was going to report (don't have access to the later releases). When ordering companions to attack, they would often just wait for me to move--as if they had decided to chart a course through me and wouldn't adjust it. Similar thing with shopkeepers after paying off all debts, they would decide to move from guarding the door to the tile I was occupying, and not change their minds.
