Interrupting walk commands

Now that the (w)alk commands have been "slowed down" so that you can see where you are walking, it would be nice if you could interrupt this process with a keypress, so you could stop before the walk is complete. Not terribly important, but it would be convenient when using autoexplore or walking around open areas. Additionally, this is how this feature works in a number of other popular roguelikes.

@jt: Let's check if we can make some signal detector for "defined interruption keys have been pressed" and then stop walk mode (e.g. ESC).

For ASCII mode this now works. Need to test it with NotEye.
