Health bars no longer visible in ASCII mode
Toggling health bar in options has no effect in ASCII mode.
As the title says.. The health bar is no longer visible in ASCII mode, and adjusting the "show healthbar" setting has no effect.

Very likely related to http://www.adom.de/forums/project.php?issueid=3261.
Seems like uncommenting line 1198 in adom-utils.noe fixes both issues and it does not even seem to cause http://www.adom.de/forums/project.php?issueid=3196.

Fixed. Thanks for pointing this out, it seems I forgot to enable the line again after fixing issue 3196 in a different way.
