With hunger off, if PC eats they can never get rid of satiated or bloated
This makes the game harder than playing with hunger on, but score is reduced

I think hunger is annoying and I turned it off. But now in r 51 you can never lose satiated/bloated status.

I think if hunger is turned off, you should still go from bloated to satiated to normal over time, just don't let it drop below that. Like it is characters can't eat corpses that give good effects , so the game is harder, but the score is less.

I think this should be done as well. I usually have hunger on, but I still see your point, and agree with it

What happens if you eat something that gives negative satiation like stomaceptia? Maybe acid spit?

I'd say stomacemptia and acid spit should work as they are now. They are deliberate things you do. I'd say "hunger off" should mean the background satiation to be switched off at levels below normal.

+1, makes sense.

And I know "hunger off" mode is supposed to be an easy mode but acid spit without the satiation cost would make no sense. Clever drakelings would clear the whole early game with it without even bothering to use weapons.

Acid spit definitely works as usual and reduces the satiation level. No bug to observe there.

But there is a problem with growing hungry... oops.
