Crowd Game Notification in graphical mode appears on ASCII background.
Crowd game popup has ASCII background, instead of graphical.
When starting a Crowd game you get an info popup window about this game mode. While the window is active the background turns to ASCII mode. All other screens after that are normal.

Tested on Steam R60, Win10.

Attached a screenshot.

Note that the popup for the Challenge game mode works fine.
