Staff of regeneration not working
Not 100% sure, but it doesn't seem to do anything. After using neither HP nor MP seems to rise faster, potion of insight shows no difference. Unless it has some other, hidden effect.

It needs to be both equipped and active for it to give you regeneration.

Ah, I see. In this case, the message is misleading, because it suggests it's working after zapped even while in inventory. Also, could use a message for when it stops working.
