Remove the "All" special filter

With the reworking of the drop commands, the "All" special filter serves no purpose. If you don't have any item-type filter applied, then selecting "All" is equivalent to aborting filter selection. If you do have an item-type filter applied, then selecting "All" still does nothing (bug?). Even if selecting "All" cleared the current item-type filter, it would be redundant with #.

Previously, "All" was useful for dropping everything with ':d', but this can now be accomplished more efficiently with 'd' > '1'.
