UI/UX: Two-character sequences are alien

All our test players failed to understand that some commands two characters to be pressed in sequence (e.g. :m). They thought they would need to press both characters at once.
We should check if we can get rid of such two character sequences completely. If that's not possible we should display them as (e.g.) ':'-'m' instead of ':m'.

I had to retract the Ctrl-m addition as this doubles for ENTER and the game can't differentiate the two :-(

Fixed some of the more commonly used ones. We'll see if others are as disturbing.
