With large inventory when using dip or give commands, if you filter for specific item type, last item of that type doesn't show.

For example, doing ! to dip, then ! to filter for potions, last potion won't show in the list. When trying to D to drink it it will show, also if you go to inventory with i and then filter for ! it does show.
This probably needs inventory size to be large to occur. I can provide a savefile if needed.
