Using AOE attacks on hostile monsters in RPH causes alignment drop

After ascending from Rolf's throne room, the monsters in the level above become hostile. However, hitting them with AOE attacks (ball spells, offensive alchemy, etc), still causes an alignment drop.

This also happens with casino guards after turning the shopkeeper hostile.

For casino guards this is correct (if I understand your point) as you are committing a crime.

The bug with the monsters in Rolf's palace now is fixed.

Probably the same bug that I reported in issue 5976 regarding the golems in Merchants' Guild.
