Illogical chaos act behaviour in merchant guild

Once you have attacked the wyrm and the eternium golems have turned hostile, using magic against them counts as a chaos act. It even yields the message "The eternium golem does not seem to be amused. You feel as if transgressing some law." This happens even if you had hit the same golems in melee earlier.
