When my Character received the fighter lvl bonus that says; no DV penalty from armor, there was serious bug. It doubled the penalty, my armor was -2 / +9 mithral full plate, and when I removed my armor, the DV was 19 and when wearing the armor, the DV dropped to 15.

Dont have any data on it but the only explanation I found was that the fighter bonus was bugged.
