Allow the player to throw an equipped potion like a grenade at a foe. I believe you can currently throw a potion, but I don't think it does anything special. For this feature request, the potion applies it's effect on the target.

This would be especially useful for characters facing off against undead to throw a holy water potion at them to instantly destroy them. Or a poison potion to poison them. Or a blindness potion to blind them. Etc...

However, add to it a splash feature, that applies a weakened effect to all foes within 1 square distance from the impact point. So, even if you miss your intended target, they still take some splash from the potion.
