Player ghost fix; vile spirits in graveyard

As the title suggests, many players have had annoyances with player ghosts. So I suggest that instead of randomly appearing, you can find the weak ones in the dwarven graveyard wandering, and the powerful ones can be dug up in graves with their death summary as the tombstone title.

The configuration option disabling player ghosts completely removes my annoyances with them. I don't have any objections to player ghost changes so long as that option exists, but I feel like it would be more productive to target changes for the people who actually like player ghosts.

I think that player ghosts are the most cool feature ever. And indeed, if someone doesn't like it there is way to simply switch them off.
