"Failed to write the quick hint data"
Crash while reading books of teleportation in exploration mode.
I wished for books of teleportation and was quickly going through the keystrokes to learn as much as I could when I got a pop up message that said "Failed to write the quick hint data" and when I clicked ok the game closed.

This happens at seemingly random times as well. Not sure what the cause is. I suppose based on the text it's when hint boxes fail to appear.

Is there anything special about your installation of ADOM? Please give me some more details:
- In what directory did you install ADOM 2.3.0?
- Is that the same directory like all other versions before?
- Do you have any special virus scanning software running on your system? (unlikely to be relevant)

When ADOM tries to save the quick hint data, it switches to the data directory and tries to create a file called "adom.qhd". Can you please check if the file is there and what size it is?

I installed adom in my user folder, which I think is what I normally do.
The adom_dat file is in it's normal spot and it's right next to the steam version folder.
adom.qhd is in the adom_dat folder and it is 1kb

I don't have any special virus scanning software besides maybe what windows naturally has.
