UI/UX: Equipping missile weapons in hands should steer the player towards the missile weapon slot

New players failed to understand that missile weapons need to be equipped in the missile weapon slot. Same for missiles and the missile slot. ADOM should offer a dialog that initiates the correct placement if confirmed.

We also might move the missile weapon and missile slot directly beneath the hand slots.

For now I have just decided to implement extra dialogs. We defer swapping slot positions as that might ruin the muscle memory of many people and will instead check in further test games if this still is a problem.

It might sound like a crazy idea but why don't we get rid of missile slots entirely and not add a separete command to 'f'ire a missile weapon currently equiped in whatever hand. The only thing which concerns is how to decide whether item from the right or the left hand should be 't'hrown on 't'.
Moreover such command could be useful to make "reach" attacks with long weapons on monsters on non-adjacent tiles, e.g. with whips or long spears... Should this be ever considered for ADOM of course.
