When a character dies, the "hall of fame" (my term) is displayed showing that character and its standing in the list of games played. I can find no way to open this window other than to create a character and kill it off. There does not seem to be any menu option or keystroke that can bring up this window.

Maybe it's there and I've just missed it. If so, I'm sure someone out there will enlighten me... :)
