Would be cool if there was a rare scroll, found in mid to late game loot, that could be used to add prefixes and suffixes to armor and weapons. 'Scroll of enchantment' has a ring to it.

When blessed, it would grant a random positive prefix and suffix. When uncursed, either a positive prefix *or* suffix. And when cursed, a negative prefix and suffix. It obviously wouldn't have any effect on artifacts.

I don't know how difficult this would be to code and how many potential bugs it would create, so we'll go with a priority 10.
