Teleportitis No Longer Automatically Interrupts Book Reading

Getting a random teleport now allows you a [y/n] prompt to continue reading the spellbook. In versions previous to r65, getting a random teleport while reading would automatically interrupt spell learning. I think the change makes some sense (at least for uncontrolled teleports); reporting this in case it is unintended.

I have always considered it a bug that teleportitis by default would hinder book reading. I mean, you get the option to continue reading even when starved to death, or being pummeled to death by a greater moloch. So why would a measly non-hostile teleportation event force you to stop reading?

The current behaviour is very nice.

It was an intentional change :-)
