[Detail] Add new messages for drinking some potions under certain conditions
Drinking potions of -stat-, PoGAs and potions of wonder under certain circumstances could give different messages.

Suggestion
When you drink a potion of potential -stat- but the potential is at its maximum, the game says "Completely tasteless."

I suggest the same message for the following occasions:
* Drinking a non-cursed potion of -stat-, if -stat- is at 99.
* Drinking an uncursed PoGA, if the randomly chosen attribute was at 99.
* Drinking a blessed PoGA, if all attributes were at 99. And if some weren't, only display the stat increasing message for those.

Similarly, when you drink a potion of wonder and it "increases" a spell that was at 30000 knowledge, it should say something like "You're reminded of your complete attunement to the '-foo-' spell."

Rather than the rather... bland (pun intended)... message it currently gives for potential stat potions when the potential is at maximum being spread to the other similar potions, I'd like to see a bit more... flavour... given to the messages. They could be little easter eggs, in fact.

Potion of Perception could perhaps "taste like a fine wine" when perception is at 99, for instance. Potion of Strength might say something like "The taste of egg and whey is almost overpowering", as a reference to popular protein powders.
