Can't 'walk' on laptop
w <direction> doesn't work with my laptop's arrow keys in p19

typing w followed by any arrow key no longer has the same behaviour as using the num-pad. For example, w and then right arrow gives the following message:

Unknown command: 'w\R'.

I don't have a numpad on my laptop, any workaround / fix possible for this?

Add 'w\R', etc. to adom.kbd for now. I think might do the trick.

This file should be located in documents/adom/adomdat. You can edit it with notepad.

I've made a custom layout for my laptop where I map the movement to Alt+789, Alt+uio and Alt+jkl, along with all combinations of 'w' and 'Alt+w' for these. Works great. I also mapped Alt+, and Alt+. for navigating through stairways, so that for me, "Alt" means some kind of movement mode.

You can also delete the file adom.kbd. ADOM will create a new one with the new key mappings.
