Successful use of \Paralyzation gives no feedback

Using a wand of paralyzation successfully gives the message "The -foo- is hit by the paralyzation ray!" -- but doesn't note that "The -foo- suddenly can't move!" (or such). This leads to a situation where the player (e.g. me ;)) is unsure if the wand worked.

I'd like to also point out that there is no information when the *foo* can move again, or at least I don't remember seeing any such notifications.
There should be something like "the *foo* can suddenly move again".

There is an indication of when the -foo- can move again, at least in R57 (see near the top of my screenshot). (though it would be nice to switch "suddenly" and "can" in the message, i.e. phrased as Blasph suggests)

Probably one of those "older" bugs: the message was implemented but never printed because the condition check was wrong. Should also be fixed for "wands of stunning" and also for striking monsters with a "potion of poison neutralization".
