Increase xp gain from dark orcs and orc butchers
Dark orcs and orc butchers are some of the toughest, hard-hitting early game monsters, yet their xp reward is very modest (especially the 'early game moloch' only giving ~160). Maybe increase it a little to better reflect how dangerous these guys are.

Both Dark Orcs and Orc Butchers leave highly desirable corpses, especially the ability to raise str potential of weak PCs. I believe the reward is in-line with the risks that need to be taken. Butchers in particular are slow enough that any PC with a reasonable ranged attack - including a stack of rocks - should be able to dispatch them.
