Should be an intrinsic. At the moment with a high level assassin you have this weird situation where you are immune to poison but really - it appears there is some code behind the scenes that goes poison damage->heal damage just for assassins.

Would make more sense if it was just an intrinsic - especially since TB is adding disease to the list.
