Make a prompt for if the player wants to continue dropping items on non-aligned altar pop up sooner

So one day I didn't pay attention (as always) and started [:d]ropping items in bulk on a non-aligned altar.
The effect of this action were ground rumbling, angry god summoning more and more creatures, finally destruction of last dropped item. And that's when the prompt "Do you want to continue dropping items [y/N]" popped.

I think it should pop as soon as monsters are summoned, as there's no way to stop the dropping process.

This should have a much higher priority - dropping should throw up a Yynq prompt about continuing as soon as a status effect takes place (usually, deity cursing an item occurs before summons/destructoin).

While it will eliminate some of the funnier dumb things, this also needs to be applied to the poison hands and mana battery corruptions - dropping should throw up a Yynq prompt as soon as food/potions glow green or wands get drained.

I think this suggestion and this one should maybe be addressed together.
