Remove randomness from ADOM missiles

I think I am done with randomness in most missiles in ADOM.

I have spent the evening looking at the various suggestions for making missile handling easier and mostly hate them as too complicated and unwieldy. Not because the proposals or ideas behind them are bad but because they simply are inherently complex and fiddly. I remember that I strongly opposed removing randomness from missiles but the alternatives by now seem far worse to me. So randomness mostly will be going away from ADOM missiles in order to reduce the number of missile stacks you have with you. Additionally items you use as a thrown missile will be listed and http://www.adom.de/forums/project.php?issueid=4838 has been implemented anyways...
