Aborting a book cast doesn't end the turn

If you abort casting a spell from a book it doesn't end your turn. Instead it adds 2000 to your last energy and allows you to attempt another action. Repeatedly doing this can result in ridiculously large last energy costs.

This still happens in 2.3.3 with spells where you can abort the targeting (e.g. bolt spells).

Still happens in 3.1.4 if bookcast spells are aborted during targeting.
