steel cap [+6, +3] - Appropriate bonuses?
I found a steel cap in JADE 0.1.2 dropped as random loot which grants [+6, +3]... Much higher bonuses than the other steel caps I've come across.

Again, this may be intentional but I thought I'd flag it all the same.

On what level were they dropped? Item bonusses increase with increasing levels.
