Superfluous prompt for opening/closing doors
When adjacent to a single door, 'o'pen and 'c'lose commands prompt for direction of door
When adjacent to a single door, 'o'pen and 'c'lose commands prompt for direction of door instead of automatically applying to the only door available.

I see that similar behaviour was fixed for 'C'hatting when adjacent to a single mob (see link below):
