TF:4 does way too much damage to high PV companions
The fire damage to non-fire-immune companions and friendly monsters on TF:4 is 60+5*PV. Seems like this might be the result of an improper order of operations: 6*(10+PV) instead of 6*10+PV, similar to the old phase dagger damage calculations. In any case, it produces some ridiculous results, such as greater earth elementals getting instantly incinerated.
