Implement special screen effects
ADOM Deluxe might make good use of some special screen effects like
fast and light screen shake (moloch step)
slightly longer and slightly more heavy screen shake (fireballs and other explosions)
long and heavy screen shake (earthquake, dungeon tumbling down after kicking stairs, probably during the volcano quests when a volcano erupts)
purple blur effect (when getting strongly corrupted)
blood pulse (when critically wounded)
general blur (when stunned or confused)

Almost posted a new feature on this but I think this rfe may have it covered... it would be nice if there was a little screenshake on the THUMB. The 12 year old in me says that would be kool.

Kudos to screenshake for *thumb* but I pity whoever wishes for emperor moloch.

Hopefully the more prompt will be creatively removed by then, with a significant display buffer size. Maybe contraction ("THUMB (x10)" or so) as well.

Or just don't shake the screen more than once per PC turn.
