The @ screen has incorrect values for dual-wielding to-hit

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Wield one heavy item
  2. Check to-hit with @
  3. Wield a second heavy item
  4. Check to-hit with @ - it will not have gone down
  5. Check to-hit with W - it will be very low
  6. Check to-hit with @ - it will now be very low, but still won't exactly match the output from W

I noticed that the hit % does seem to follow the reported numbers in @. If I remove both weapons and put them back on. Initial check with @ shows proper +# values, which also corresponds to proper hit %. When I 'W' and @, the values fall again to incredibly low numbers. This also corresponds to a very high drop in amounts of successful hits.

I'd also like to point out, with the to-hit values being rolled incorrectly, this can have a serious negative affect on the outcome of a mid-late stage game.
