Change misleading automove messages

I find automove break messages misleading. For example the "You saw something interesting nearby" when you reach a wall - if I was a new player I'd be looking for that "something interesting". Also, break because of hunger when you go from Satiated to normal - as a new player I'd probably eat something immediately.

One more to the list: stopping because you see a "treasure". A pile of rocks for example is not a treasure, the word suggests something of great value. Calling any random dungeon junk you see a treasure might confuse and/or disappoint new players. I'd suggest changing it to "item" maybe.
