Wizard level 6 class power broken?

When I hit level 6 as a drake wiz, it multiplied the PP costs of all my spells by 3. Learning Acid Bolt again lowered the cost to 42 PP.

NEVER MIND THIS WAS JUST A SPECIAL EFFECT ROOM I AM VERY DUMB.
